How It Works:

We make sure your organization has integrated systems to support people in being accountable. Through an assessment, we determine the strengths, weaknesses, and opportunities of your existing management systems and make recommendations for changes that will move accountability from an individual concern to an organization wide system.

We will review your Strategic Plan and meet with department managers to develop departmental actions. We can also help them structure individual accountability actions. These are all captured in a Performance Accountability Matrix.
